Your voice
- It doesn't sound like me. Record again in a quiet, soft room — a closet or a car works better than a hard-walled room. Use the iPhone's own microphone rather than Bluetooth earbuds; AirPods record at phone-call quality and the clone can't recover what they threw away. Me → Voice → record again.
- Delete my voice. Me → Privacy → Withdraw consent & delete my voice. The model is deleted here and at ElevenLabs. Re-recording also permanently deletes the previous clone.
- Can I clone someone else? No. The app can only ever clone the signed-in user's own voice.
Subscription and talk time
- What a subscription buys. Talk time — five minutes a day, or an hour. Watch scenes have their own small daily count. Reviewing, replaying, and building situations never cost anything.
- "See you tomorrow". That's the daily allowance, not a paywall. It resets at midnight UTC and your talk is saved.
- Cancel or change a plan. Through Apple, not us: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling keeps access until the period ends.
- Restore a purchase. Sign in with the same Apple ID and open Me → Plan & talk time.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us too if something went wrong on our side.
The daily call
- It didn't ring. The call is scheduled while the app is open, so open it once after changing the time. Check Settings → nawana → Notifications, and that an alarm was allowed.
- Too often, or the wrong time. Me → Daily call. You can set up to four times a day, or turn it off entirely.
- It rings on silent. That's deliberate — it's an alarm, so it reaches you the way a phone call would. Turn it off in Me → Daily call if you'd rather it didn't.
Account and data
- Your practice data lives on your iPhone — talks, drills, words, progress. Carry it to another device with Me → Practice data → Export, then Import on the new install.
- Delete your account. Me → Delete account. This removes your voice clone and account data permanently and cannot be undone. Cancel an active subscription through Apple separately.
- Data requests (access, correction, deletion under GDPR): write to us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Requirements
iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Microphone and speech recognition permissions are required for conversations. The daily call rings through silent mode on iOS 26.1 and later; on older versions it arrives as a notification.
